How to add a secure payment badge on a shopify product page

We will add a trust badge on a product page in your shopify store to reassure your customers and get more conversions

Adding this type of images will reassure the customer and allow him to be confident before his purchase.

Let’s go directly to the technical part

1: Start by downloading one of the 3 images below or find one that you like on google.

2: Go to your Shopify admin “settings” and then click on “files”.

3: Click on “Upload files” and upload your image.

4: Locate the URL field of your image, then copy the entire code and paste it in a txt or word file.

5: Then copy/paste this code just below.

6: Now replace the inside of the ” ” by the url of the image you previously copied.

It should look something like this (2nd code) :

7: Go to your admin page and click on “Online store” then click on the “Actions” button and “Edit code”.

8: Find the Sections folder and click on it to reveal the files.

9: Find the product-template.liquid file and click on it.

10: Find the {% endform %} area.

11: Once you have found the area, copy/paste your 2nd code just before the line with {% endform %}

12: Click on the “Save” button in the upper right corner to confirm your modifications.
